In 2004 study cited above reported that Apple Cider Vinegar  reduced postprandial  glucose more in subjects who were highly insulin resistance.

Now studies have found that Apple cider Vinegar at bed time reduces fasting blood glucose in the morning which may indicate that Apple cider Vinegar might promote insulin production.
